Furniture throughout the house echoes the soft materiality of the architectural details, which include original pine floorboards refinished with lye and wood soap. The music room armchair and footstool are vintage, from Ercol; the blue-gray Grasshopper floor lamp is by Greta Grossman from Gubi.
The Rod XL sofa by Piero Lissoni for Living Divani joins custom nesting tables, also designed by Di Stefano and Bongiorni and fabricated by Motta, in the refreshed living room.
Chris and Wendy Kozina live with their son, Ben, in a “Tallis” style town house. They selected bamboo floors for the 1,155-square-foot, two-bedroom interior. The family strives to cap their possessions at 500 items—Legos not included. In the living room, an Innes media cabinet from Room & Board is paired with a Gus Modern sectional.
Remodeled by resident and interior decorator Jill McCoy and her husband David Hassall with the help of architect Paul Molina, the open-plan living space opens to a small outdoor area. French doors and a wall of windows bring in light. An Eames lounge chair and a Noguchi table add a modern sensibility.
The downstairs offers an assortment of places and ways to entertain - the kitchen, two living room schema and a dining room table designed by Camilo Prada for Weston Wood Works.

The lobby, anchored by a pair of green velvet sofas and a fireplace, combines a lounge area and general store with beverages and snacks; games to play by the pool, in the room, or on the road; and a curated selection of retail goods.

A swing hanging from the rafters isn't standard farmhouse fare, but quickly became the favorite lounge spot for family and visitors alike.  Like many of the lighting and plumbing fixtures, the ceiling fan was recycled from Jennifer's last home.
