Conway's dining room is stylish but practical, pairing a Lexington dining table from Modern Komfort with Massey solid wood chairs from Wayfair. In the corner, a large macrame seagrass Bianca tote basket from World Market holds a fiddle-leaf fig tree.

The clients wanted to be able to easily seat 20 people for dinner. To do so, the design team paired Hans J. Wegner Wishbone Chairs in a rainbow of colors with a Skovby #23 dining table, which expands the seating from six to 20 with simple extension leaves.
Dash Marshall expanded the kitchen slightly so residents can now see all the way through the house when they’re moving from the guest area to the more public spaces. "This line of sight helps people feel more connected and less disoriented. The larger kitchen also alleviates congestions issues that were a problem before," says Boyer.
The Drop Hat pendants are by Plumen and the convertible sofa is by Resource Furniture.
“We wanted something less Euro. We used felt on one wall, herringbone floors, and walnut shelving to give it some color,” Graham Hill says.
They replaced the dated carpeting on the main floor with engineered hardwood and left the unfinished stone flooring in the kitchen in place. The kitchen also got new hardware and lighting.

The original staircase in the northern section was demolished, and a new staircase with a skylight was built in the center of the house.

We designed a custom walnut bar that is intended for storage, but also serves as a buffet and bar when they have guests over. They like to set it up so guests can help themselves, so we designed it to include two refrigerators: one for wine, and the second for water, soda, and other beverages.
The entire apartment is outfited with Sangaré’s UNITÉ lighting, which has been inspired by the rectangular, prefab building blocks of Habitat 67.
