The new hotel's Jungle bedroom, stocked with finds from places like The Estate Sale Company, where it's not unusual to find treasures from the Parker Palm Springs, located just across the street. Other scores came from the now-shuttered Lot 58 auction house.
Light streams into the bedroom through walls of floor-to-ceiling glass. The windows are triple-glazed, creating a tight, eco-friendly seal.
The bedrooms are graced with headboards that The Vanguard Theory created  with vintage Tori Richard prints. The dreamy framed surf photography on the wall is by She Hit Pause Studios.
The master bedroom occupies a private space on the top floor.

In the master bedroom, expanses of white and peach paint play against the geometric lines of an inlaid-bone nightstand from Anthropologie. The traditional four-poster bed is from West Elm; the brass Cedar & Moss sconce is from Rejuvenation.
A white Alba armoire by Pinch stands next to the brand’s Iona cheval mirror in a second-floor bedroom. The Moroccan rug was found in Paris; the Malm bed from IKEA was a budget buy.
A custom lacquered-wood headboard with built-in task lights by MLE complements a Pianca bed in the master bedroom. An IC Lights T lamp by Michael Anastassiades for Flos offers additional illumination.
Rather than clutter the master bedroom with furniture, Frame Design Lab created a system where night stands hang from a wall-mounted headboard.
The living area is appointed with small, efficient furnishings, including a rolling tray table by Hans Bolling and a Diplomat Sleeper Sofa by Blu Dot (a second one is situated opposite the Murphy bed).
After successfully reconfiguring his own tiny New York City apartment, Robert Garneau, partner at Architecture Workshop PC, reinvented a 400-square-foot studio for neighbors just a few floors down. Called the Pivot Apartment, the highly efficient residence now serves multiple functions, thanks to a central modular unit that can be arranged to create distinct stations for living, sleeping, and entertaining.
In the galley-style kitchen, Ann sorts groceries into Akurum cabinets from IKEA. For the sconces, the architects selected generic porcelain sockets, then stylized them with silver-cap bulbs.
The master bedroom is furnished with an Egyptian lantern from l’aviva home, built-in closets, and bedding by Restoration Hardware.
Davis used the same material to build furniture, including beds for his master bedroom.
The flooring is distressed oak.

The master bedroom includes a Mini bed by Emaf Progetti for Zanotta, a tub by Sanico, and a towel rack and side table by Philipp Mainzer.

The warmth of the natural materials
The master bedroom, which is painted a soothing green-gray, features a chair and nesting tables in Oregon pine designed by Grete Jalk in the 1960s, and a standing lamp by Isamu Noguchi. The armchair is by Gerald Summers. The couple found the overhead fixture at an auction.
A print of Enzo Mari’s La Mela e La Pera for Danese Milano hangs in the master bedroom. Delta lamps by Robert Abbey sit atop bedside tables from Rams’s 606 shelving system for Vitsœ.
A charcoal triptych by Gina Jacupke hangs above the Living Divani bed in the master suite.
The master bedroom and main den replicate the living room's warmth, comfort, and understatedness, while the kitchen is characterized by solid elegance.
