In the sleeping loft, floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a canopy of trees.
The basement has been partially finished into a “bunk room” with four twin bed nooks built into the walls. The basement includes a small lounge area with its own TV.

Above the bathroom is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed. This space, along with the lofted lounge above the dining area can be accessed with a moveable ladder.
The couple kept costs low by sourcing art and furniture from garage sales, IKEA, Amazon, and Target.
The comfy bedrooms are simply furnished.
A skylight window illuminates the bedroom, which appears larger than it is because of the closet with mirror-clad sliding doors.

Monochrome coverlets crafted at a Midwestern mill bedeck the beds. Taking inspiration from Bauhaus textiles, the design was conceived by the Los Angeles-based design shop RTH.
Each room comes with a unique piece of art on letterhead stationery that's painted or hand-drawn by a student at the Chicago Art Institute.
The main bedroom has a generous closet and outdoor access.
The master suite captures Neutra’s original vision, with a generous walk-in island closet and a terrazzo bath with sunken tub, steam shower, and dual vanity.

There are four bunks for the kids' sleeping area, fitted over the wheel wells, and a door separates the parents' bedroom at the back of the bus. The mattress is positioned over the engine, so it is high, and there is clothing storage below it, on either side of the bed, and in wall cabinets above. The couple writes on their blog: "Our bedroom has so much storage we haven't even used all of it!"

Fuss-free aesthetics continue into the master bedroom, where a sloped roof with concrete paint hides the ceiling beam.
