This bright bedroom has a monochromatic bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower that is covered in sleek subway tiles.
The two bathrooms feature gorgeous Carrara marble wall tiles.
Master Bathroom
The bathroom has classic square tiles on the walls, rising up to the ceiling for a modern touch.
Gray plaster was used for the walls.
The walls use white subway tiles with black accent trim molding, and the floor features decorative artisan glazed tiles with raised surface patterns.
In the guest bathroom, penny tiles have been chosen for their cost-effectiveness.
The main bathroom is unified with the rest of the home thanks to the same burnt cement flooring. A solid wood countertop was installed by Inovart Woodworking, and the adjoining white quartz countertop was picked from MSA Marmoraria.

Custom Guest Bath Vanity
Monochrome tiles define the shape of this transparent bathroom shower. Designer Stacy Zarin Goldberg of Breeze Giannasio Interiors filled this space with thick visual texture and functional designation between the shower floor and the rest of the room.
In the upper-level bathroom, tiles painstakingly fired by DeSimio cover the walls and ceiling.
The bathroom features Chromtech tile, a Toto toilet, Kohler vanity, and powder-coated steel countertop.

A glass wall divides the wet room from the vanity area. The wet room has a large soaker tub and rain head and is tiled in Carrara marble. The full height window maximizes natural light and allows for a visual link to the outdoors. A neutral palette and clean materials convey a sense of simplicity and calm, perfect for relaxing in the tub.

In the master bath, on the third floor, Greenguard-certified slate covers the walls and floor. An existing window was transitioned into a doorway. “I thought that’d be weird, a door in the shower,” David recalls. “But Alysia said it would make that particular terrace all the more private if we have to get to it through our shower!”
Concrete floor is water resistant.
