San Francisco Design Build was hired to remodel the top and bottom floors of this single-family Victorian home. This family of four was looking for more functional space and needed an extra bathroom. Despite the limited space available, we were able to make some layout changes upstairs to accommodate a much more functional full bathroom, as well as primary bedroom storage. On the garage level, we remodeled the entire floor to include a new family room, full bathroom, storage and workshop area, while maintaining parking. The family room includes a custom desk and storage areas, as well as a wall bed from Resource Furniture, making it easy to use the space as a home office or guest room. New doors and windows open to the rear yard and bring in more natural light. We enjoyed creating this bright, family-friendly space for our clients!
