This modern, 2 1/2 story custom home was designed to take advantage of its North facing and breathtaking hill country views. the steeply sloped lot provided challenges and opportunities fully embraced by the design team. The home features 2 master bedrooms, 1 up and 1 down, 2 additional bedrooms, a media room complete with kitchenette, roof terraces, an office/studio loft, and a garage that doubles as an additional covered outdoor space with glass doors that open to the future pool (under construction). The slope of the lot required cuts into the limestone that was left exposed, and offered dramatic contrasting backdrops for the adjacent, window filled rooms.
