This project is a conversion of two separate apartments into one through the feature of a combined stair/library. The stair design reaches into the kitchen counter to create a continuous signature piece for the apartment. The spatial constraints of the small apartment are used in innovative ways to maximize the functionality as well as the aesthetic qualities of the conversion.
