UWS Pre-War Duplex

This gut renovation of a pre-war apartment restores historic features while reconfiguring the floor plan to add light and views and to better serve a modern family's needs. The original layout, which consisted of many small rooms, was opened up to give the apartment a consistent and generous sense of space.
