  • Located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, this parlor-level brownstone apartment is a designer's dream, and a perfect example of how to make a rental feel like a home.

This flexible two-bedroom functions as a large one-bedroom for the tenant, allowing adequate space for relaxation, work and entertainment. The creative challenge was to introduce an 'urban midcentury' aesthetic into the space without competing with the stunning original details and exposed brick.

The result was a home that was both inviting and comfortable, yet reflective of the tenant's style and personality.
