This apartment by AIYA Bureau is defined by a quiet sense of artistry and balance. Designed for a family with two children, it unites spatial clarity with emotional warmth. A refined palette of plum, terracotta, and gold evolves with the light, revealing the tactility of natural wood, stone, and soft fabrics.

The floorplan follows a fluid, intuitive logic. At its centre, an open-plan living and kitchen area becomes the heart of family life and serves for gathering and reflection. The master suite, with its walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, offers privacy and calm, while the children’s rooms on the opposite side form a playful, self-contained world.

The entrance hall sets the tone with deep green lacquer, warm burgundy, and soft lighting that evoke depth and intimacy. In the living area, Japanese-inspired panels frame a composition of mauve upholstery, marble, and wood, while the stone-clad kitchen niche turns everyday function into a crafted object. A Minotti sofa, Flou armchair, Meridiani dining table, and terracotta Baxter chairs form a cohesive ensemble – pieces that complement one another in proportion, texture, and tone, creating an interior that is both functional and aesthetically refined.
