The Montgomery House

This custom house was designed for a family of 5. The house is located in a residential neighborhood in Newport Beach with neighbors close to one another. The client wanted a house that could open up for large parties as well as close up and be inwardly focused. This was accomplished with large glass openings with courtyards that provide tons of natural light, but can also provide private spaces way from the neighboring properties. Simple, clean and modern.
