    This recently completed rebuild of the architecturally designed mid - century modern home that formerly graced the site now has every modern luxury expected in 2017 and more…. The house wraps around a beautiful swimming pool with mediterranean gardens as the back drop. Expansive floor to ceiling windows provide for light filled living areas with an indoor outdoor experience taking full advantage of both northern and easterly aspects.

    Hidden behind a large metal automatic siding gate and tucked under a feature date palm a stained hardwood timber clad rendered wall with few windows protects the house from the street, the hot afternoon summer sun and cold winter westerly winds. This strong structural presence and architectural facade provides immediate impact for this solid brick contemporary rendered home with carport and aggregate parking bay providing comfortably for 4 cars.
