Moniomi designed this bright modern beachfront condo for an active couple who spends much of their time sport fishing as a hobby. The condo is located at the heart of many restaurants and entertainments.

The main goal was to make the 1,400 square feet space feel bigger. This resulted in opening up the kitchen, removing walls and cladding a column in mirrors. The clients' love of entertaining also made Moniomi choose to have an open layout for the dining and living room space, opting for more seating options instead of a traditional dining table. A Gray Malin artwork adds to the relaxing beach vibe, as do sumptuous views of the ocean that can be observed all throughout the residence.

Modern home with Bedroom. A large area rug is another item that's worth splurging on, as poorly made rugs shed, rip, and wear quickly over time. Consider buying a large rug that not only feels nice under your feet, but is also made of high enough quality so it won't shred easily, ultimately costing you more money.
