The layout is centered around a common space with living and dining areas. It is the heart of the home. Large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the soft, neutral palette of warm beige, deep browns, and subtle grays. The living area consists of an Edra sofa and Minotti armchairs and an ottoman, that create a cozy yet stylish seating arrangement. The dining space is defined by a kitchen island with flowing organic lines, paired with elegant counter stools and illuminated by a statement Barovier & Toso chandelier. The sleek kitchen seamlessly integrates into the design and maintain a sense of understated luxury.

The apartment’s private space include two master suites, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The first master suite features a lounge area with a Baxter sofa, a Minotti chair with an ottoman, and a built-in fireplace, all contributing to a cozy retreat. The sleeping area is defined by an Alivar bed against an accent wall with wood and metal panels and integrated lighting. A multi-level ceiling with soft illumination subtly highlights the en-suite bathroom, where a freestanding Knief bathtub offers a serene space to unwind while enjoying panoramic city views.

The second master bedroom continues the refined aesthetic, with a Ditre Italia upholstered bed set against a textured gray and wood accent wall. Soft vertical lighting and a sculptural pendant light add warmth and sophistication. A glass-enclosed Rimadesio wardrobe, mirrored doors, and a stylish beauty corner with a Baxter dressing table and Gallotti & Radice chair enhance both functionality and elegance.

A versatile guest room serves as a multifunctional space, adaptable as a bedroom or home office. A Twills bed with separate single sleeping spaces offers flexibility, while custom-designed furniture — including a workspace and built-in wardrobe —ensures practical and stylish living.

The apartment’s layout is completed by a well-appointed guest bathroom and a hallway that seamlessly connects the private and common areas. Cleverly integrated storage solutions contribute to the home’s sleek and uncluttered appearance.
