Ame, a 1.5 year-old, had just woken up from his nap. Half awaken Ame was put on the ground next to the accessories by his mother. As she stepped away from him, his curious nature kicked in, and the first thing he did was to explore the accessories around him. We had intentionally placed them there to create a sense of familiarity, as they were designed to match his scale and resemble his regular toys, providing a comforting environment. To our surprise, after his delightful exploration, he gravitated towards a niche where he could sit at a higher level.
After becoming familiar with that particular niche, Ame observed the pin inserted into the board. He then climbed down from his spot and picked up one of the accessories from the ground, bringing it back to the space and inserting it onto the pin. We later gave him some more pins to see what he would do, and he proceeded to put all of them in the holes of the accessory.
