Seafront Apartment

This beautiful, luxury Seafront Apartment was designed by ARRCC, and furnished by OKHA.

ARRCC created an apartment space that is clean and effortless, yet sophisticated. Due to the client being an art collector, they could take a more minimalist approach with the interiors – allowing his art to feature prominently – and simple white track lighting was used to accentuate certain features with pockets of light, whilst keeping the ceilings as clean as possible.

Using a combination of natural stone tiles, warm timber and clean white and grey surfaces, the look is comfortable to live in as well as timeless.

The client requested the finishes to be charcoal basics with lighter greys and warm walnut wood. As well as this, it was requested that no animal products be used. OKHA provided a full “turnkey” service, supplying all the furniture, accessories and finishes; including the smaller essentials such as crockery and linen.
