Sea Ranch Club

Positioned between A1A and the Atlantic, Cadence worked to redevelop entry courtyards for Sea Ranch Club Condominiums in collaboration with building staff and condominium board. The derived designs greet residents and visitors at the building entrances with an aesthetically appealing experience that is achieved through the layering of a textural plant palette that accentuates a specimen flowering tree. The simple design implements large swaths of ground covers featuring bromeliads of varying colors to visually enliven the space. An elegant spillover water feature, set within a bed of beach pebbles, triggers auditory stimulation that connects users to the site’s environmental amenity at the rear of the property to the arrival experience at the entry.
