Puttin' On The Ritz

There is something grand about working on a project at the Ritz, and my work on this unit certainly lived up to that expectation. When my Miami-based clients walked through this magnificent 3400+ sq. feet condo floating above Toronto and overlooking Lake Ontario, their main request was that everything be white.

The previous owner was an elderly bachelor (think lots of black, grey and eggplant…) so this place needed a serious facelift to become the peaceful oasis my clients were looking for.

Knowing that they had purchased this suite primarily for its incredible views, I wanted to incorporate that as much as possible for my clients. With white on the mind, I looked to create a space that would be seamless with the lake views, and one that would fit their evolving contemporary taste.
