This private residence designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design was featured in a 2017 short film by Pennzoil. The film serves as the American oil company’s official farewell to the legendary Dodge Viper, which has been considered an American classic for the past 25 years.

“The Last Viper” campaign by creative agency J. Walter Thompson Atlanta features stunt driver Rhys Millen, who is famous for his work on The Fast and the Furious franchise. The film debuted at a private event for the New York Auto Show. In the film, a driver finds and returns a stolen Viper to its rightful owner, delivering the car to his home, a celebrated Kobi Karp-designed Coral Gables residence.

Completed in 2012, the 8,000-square-foot home was one of the first modern homes in Coral Gables. The residence is a Kobi Karp original and due to its copyright status it cannot be duplicated, making this home a true one-of-a-kind design. The two-story, six-bedroom residence features a three car garage, basketball court, pool and gazebo.

This is not the first time the home catches the eye of a major auto brand. The home was prominently featured in a 2015 commercial with LeBron James for Kia’s luxury K900 model.
