Siting steps away from Davenport Beach Park and the waterways of Huntington Harbour is this sublime modern residence, a 1964 home remodeled from the ground up by award winning architecture firm Assembledge+. Featured in the book The California Lifestyle, Architecture on the Edge of Paradise, this masterful renovation completed in 2017 honors the midcentury bones of the structure while infusing the residence with modern design that enhances the indoor/outdoor flow and natural light.
