The units shift to create landscaped courtyards, providing ample vegetation and light on the small site. Sloped standing seam metal roofs are highlighted by alternating western red cedar and ironspot brick facades. Punctuated by neon pink and yellow load load-bearing columns, the bright colors draw attention to spacious screened-in porches.
