The door to the pantry adjacent to the kitchen was one of the original doors in the house that we were able to reuse and re-purpose. While the entire house has been updated, there are many nods to the original home.
This classic Seattle victorian was falling apart and in dire need of a refresh. There were beautiful existing details that needed to be repaired or replaced in order make the house livable.
From the outside, the home is a classic victorian, but on the inside the owners wanted an open plan with more up to date finishes and fixtures.
By reconfiguring the interior, we were able to capture the amazing view from nearly all of the interior spaces.
The kitchen has been completely redone to keep up with the modern lifestyle of the owners.
The living room is a comfortable space with gorgeous double hung windows that take advantage of the beautiful view of the outside.

From the outside, this home is classically Victorian, but the inside is completely modernized with an open plan and up-to-date finishes and fixtures. The original house had an amazing view from the pantry and by reconfiguring the interior, we were able to capture it from nearly all the interior spaces. While the entire house has been updated, there are many nods to the original home, like a repurposed door for the kitchen pantry and the original dark wood throughout the house. This residence is a tribute to the formality of the Victorian style, with all the modern conveniences.
