This beach house from the late 60’s is brought to life by neighbor couple, Monica and Nicolas, who conceptualized this project in order to restore its essence in all its beauty.

Cozumel Island is the setting of this magnificent villa built in the late 60’s and designed by Architect Jose de J. Molina S.

Timeless architecture and vintage furniture from the time were combined to bring La Santa Estancia back to its glory days.

Surrounded by the turquoise blue of the Caribbean Sea on the one side and the lush tropical jungle on the other, this house will transport its guests in space and time to the golden era of the Mexican Caribbean.

We would love to share this project with the Dwell community which has inspired us for so many years now, and, as such, was an important part in our inspiration for this project.

Thank you for the opportunity

Best,

Monica & Nicolas
