When interior stylist and social media influencer, Jewel Marlowe of Jeweled Interiors decided to overhaul her uninspired, dated kitchen and eat-in area, she envisioned an opulent, dynamic space that merged a variety of design elements.
She opted for a soothing powder blue color on the walls, contrasted by bold midnight blue hues on the cabinetry, banquet, and dining chairs. To balance out these cool tones, she integrated brass tones through lighting and hardware, trim, and decorative accents. A striking waterfall island in veined quartz with a burlwood front serves as an alluring focal point in the kitchen.
The showstopper of the dining area is the stunning Pembridge Pendant from British lighting manufacturer Original BTC. Handcrafted at the company’s Stoke-on-Trent ceramics factory, the light features delicate overlapping tiers of fine bone china, which gently diffuse light to create a soft, atmospheric glow.
