Renovation and small addition to an original 1956 Mid-Century Modern home in the historic Lynwood neighborhood of SE Denver. Renovation included the kitchen, dining, living, and bedrooms. Addition added a small living area and master suite with indoor/outdoor deck.

Addition of small living area was added on to the backside of the home. These original homes are all around 1,200 sf total with no basements. Every square inch was maximized.

Addition to rear of home was kept simple and modest. Raised deck to add indoor/outdoor living and dining space. Large full height windows and doors were designed all around the new addition to keep it open and light filled like original home
