Contacted by a digital media company to design their headquarters in São Paulo, Gema had the challenge to conceive a modern space able to share space and dialogue with the creative environment of a communication agency as well. Additionally, it should be a low budget project with fast execution.

Old enclosed rooms gave space to a new concept of integration and transparency, valuing simplicity in materials. Horizontal planes – concrete floor and ceiling – participate with neutrality, while vertical planes made of glass, natural wood, fabric and colours bring movement to the spaces, creating textures and overlays. These different finishings act as spatial organisers, zoning different uses. Gema created a stimulating, vivid and dynamic environment.
