  • The main house on this residential estate, originally built in 1987 by Greg Torchio and his Jersey Devil partners was almost totally destroyed by fire in January 2006. Torchio Architects along with John Ringel-Jersey Devil were called on to repeat their “once in a lifetime experience”. Torchio had saved most of the original drawings which proved to be a valuable resource. The foundation, some of the first floor exterior walls, the stone fireplace and chimney and some of the steel frame were salvaged. Although the basic shell remained the same, there were many design changes throughout.

Torchio Architects uploaded Hoagie House through Add A Home.
