Located in Miami’s exclusive member-only private island with the most expensive zip code in America, this Fisher Island 3 bedroom condo boasts 1670 square feet of serene luxury. With interiors by the Miami Florida based award-winning architectural interiors studio Allen Saunders Design, the residence features a refreshing neutral color palette complemented by sweeping views of tropical greenery and Ocean blues.

With creative space-planning, the Design Team altered the former two-bedroom layout into a three-bedroom residence to add value. Within the public spaces, by using furnishings rather than walls to establish open entertaining areas, the design team created a great- room. The open plan layout fused with soft neutral hues permits natural light to filter unobstructed throughout the home while delivering open sky and water views.

Further enhancing the Fisher Island oceanfront villa is a careful curation of monochromatic finishes and furnishing layers developed to elevate the luxurious environment. A blend of bleached warm woods, textural fabrics and sand toned surfaces lend a casual sophistication. A reflective bronze mirror panel creates depth and visually expands ocean views. Organically inspired hand-blown glass orbs in water-toned colors top the dining table, both strengthening the tropical design intent and accentuating the tranquility of oceanfront living.
