As one enters the home, they are greeted by the limestone floors and columns, the art gallery, and the brightly lit space in the foyer. The pivot door is ideal when guests are coming into the home, as it can be left open, creating an ample and inviting space for people to walk in.

The main entrance is a formal procession from the street to the massive front door. The walkway leads up a few steps and bridges over a water feature, all of it washed on either side with colorful plantings ranging in size from Plumeria trees to waist-high grasses and lovely flowers.

The indoor-outdoor relationship is essential in the house, especially since it is designed for entertaining. All of the areas seem to be a singular one, as they connect and smoothly flow into one another.

The two-story custom home for a family of three was designed to take advantage of views in all directions from the hills to the coast. The thirty-foot-long glass doors pocket away behind the limestone walls and create an amazing inside-outside open space with ocean views. All areas of the house flow into one another, making the grand space ideal for entertaining. Tropical landscaping elevates the outside areas of the beautiful contemporary home and brings life to every corner of the property.
