This house was built in 1924 and is located next to New York City. It had been renovated when we purchased it but luckily they had kept many of the historical features of the house. It is a single family house in an area where many of the houses have been converted into multi-family apartments. We have since remodeled several areas of the house to highlight the historical features while complementing them with a modern and more colorful palette. This is a lived in house that we are constantly updating and bringing in pieces from our European, Asian and African travels. It isn't designed but rather a place that makes us comfortable and enjoy our days home.
