Our clients wanted a contemporary kitchen and dining addition on their traditional brick house. We added a glass box with floor to ceiling windows - the dining table sits in the corner overlooking the extraordinary stone-walled garden. A new garage is tucked below the cantilevered addition.
The kitchen is a calm grey-green, with porcelain tile floor, and Fireclay tile for the backsplash. Wall cabinets are minimized to create a simple backdrop for the owner's prize pieces.
