"McDigs" - 1970s Contemporary in NC

A 1970s contemporary ranch, purchased "as is" -- followed by 7 years of renovation, designed and done mostly by Andy and Becca and a whole host of their closest friends.

Favorite features include:
-Missouri custom-milled white oak floors, which our in-laws brought on a big truck from Missouri
-hand-poured concrete counter tops that took WEEKS to get right!
-climbing-hold door handles
-braille tile wall in the living room
-ceilings made of plywood squares and metal
-our favorite hang-out: the screened-in porch!
