Broadway Apartment, From Bourgeois to Modern

In its original form, the apartment had a classic mid-century bourgeois structure, featuring some typically Basque details, such as a timber panelled lobby with coloured glazing. The project proposes to preserve the essence and elegance of the place, while getting rid of the old school division between serving and living spaces.
