While Northeast Florida has an impressive list of creative and talented modern architects, modern design itself seemed to fall out of favor here in Jacksonville shortly after the 1950’s. However, we're seeing more and more of our clients excited and intrigued by modern design and this client was no exception. In addition to the minimal aesthetic, this home offers the client the ocean front security of full concrete ICF construction with geothermal heating and air. The rooftop decks, swimming pool and beach volleyball court make this home a wonderful place to entertain or simply hang out and relax. The comfort, energy efficiency and
durability make this modern home one that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
