I made a straightforward house that will not strain my mind.
I want to minimize monthly repayment, so I can not build a big house. But I would like to make a house where all my family can live freely.

Therefore, while planning to respond to changes in future living by making space based on one-room that does not make partitions in the planar direction, we are making features for each place in the height direction. There are 8 types of ceiling heights and 3 types of ceiling finishes, including stairwells with stairwells, ceiling with exposed wood, gradient ceiling with varying heights, and lofty children excited.

Also, in the future, do not have garage sale or use it as a gallery holding the work of Higashimurayama City , so as to allow use other than residential, do not have a clear entrance, loose outside and inside It is a big feature of this plan.
