American Dream

This P+1 villa was designed in the american style with classic elements. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a guest room, 2 full bathrooms and a powder bathroom. The living room has an adiacent reading nook with a great collection of books and the kitchen and dining room open towards a terrace at the back of the courtyard.
Throughout the house, the colour palette is typical of the american style, with natural, earthy colours and pale blue-grays. The living room strays from the serene theme with its dinamic and vibrant nuances. The presence of the colour of the year 2019, Living Coral, makes the space luxurious and contemporary.
Both the exterior and the interior of the house were finished and decorated with high quality materials and finishes that are durable and make the home feel welcoming.
The wooden window frames help with thermic insulation, but are also very pleasing to the eyes. A built-in shading system is very practical, because it doesn’t get dusty and doesn’t deteriorate.
Oil finished harwood flooring was installed, giving the house a warm, natural look. The herringbone pattern offers an atraction point and a little dinamism in the calm, tranquil rooms that are specific for the american style, but in the living room, a simple pattern was used for the jointing of the wood flooring, because of the variety of colours.
The bespoke furniture is made out of hardwood, which evokes elegance and is very resistant.
In the kitchen, a more classical approach was taken, with high baseboards and detailed crown moldings. The wide range and hood are key elements for cooking and the high quality brands make this a very practical space. While aesthetic, the appliances don’t steal the attention from the furniture and exquisite tiling, which are imported from Italy.
The living room is an explosion of colours, with vivid nuances of orange and purple. The high-end French furniture has an array of textiles and finishes, making the combination of textures and colours a wonder for the senses.
