  • SF Design Build was hired to remodel this two bedroom home across from Golden Gate Park. Walls were removed to create a larger, more functional kitchen that is open to the dining area. A bathroom and closet were replaced with a full bathroom and powder room. Built-in cabinets were added to either side of the fireplace with open shelving above. We also added a laundry room off of the master bedroom and replaced all of the windows and doors with new custom Marvin windows to match the original. We matched the existing hardwood in the remodeled kitchen and refinished the floors throughout.

Modern home with metal counter, medium hardwood floor, white cabinet, recessed lighting, ceramic tile backsplashe, cabinet storage type, shelves storage type, and kitchen. This area was previously a narrow hallway, cutting the kitchen off from the adjacent spaces. The dividing wall was removed and this sweet built-in area was added to create a cohesive and functional space that doubles the size of the original kitchen. Photo of 14th Avenue Remodel
