The project is intended to be a highly customizable modern home that has the possibility of being a one story above grade structure with an integrated carport all the way to a four story home with on-grade covered parking to a roof-top screen porch.
The plan, elevation, section combinations are numerous as are the material selections. The intent is to use the basic "free span" floor plates as the starting point with only the stair and one common plumbing wall as "givens".
