Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences recently unveiled a first look at interiors of the brand new collection of luxury residences on Kiawah Island. The ocean-front homes will feature a fresh, contemporary and thoughtfully designed concepts by J. Banks & Associates. The three and four-bedroom residences are approximately 3,600 sq ft.each featuring floor to ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the serene Atlantic Coast. The first model residence is slated for completion this spring and grand opening will be this fall.

Kiawah Island’s first private residential offers two shared ownership categories across its 21 residences that embrace light, airy, and natural design elements to complement the island’s relaxed atmosphere. Pricing for the shared residential ownership interests ranges from $475,000 - $1.2 million. Owners will have access to a dedicated set of luxury amenities, including a private clubhouse central lounge area, a concierge services team, valet, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, temperature-controlled owner’s wine wall and more personalized services that define the Timbers brand.
