This Prince Edward Island Home is An Outdoor Enthusiast's Daydream
Located close to the Island's Trout River, this 2,400-square-foot house designed by Robert Haggis of SableArc Studios makes the most of its surroundings.
In winter months, the concrete floors act a thermal mass, absorbing the sunlight and slowly radiating warmth day and night. Bertoia Bar Stools from Knoll flank the island, which is raw edge maple. The backsplash is Little Diamond tiles in turquoise from Heath Ceramics. Claylight pendants from Lightexture hang overhead and the rangehood is from GE.
