the Hobbit King House

Scottish Arts & Crafts is reimagined in this fantastical, out-of-this-world home near Pinewood Studios in Georgia. Moon windows, wide, confident entry doors, and a facade that marries modern with European influence adorn this street in the community of Pinewood Forest. It lives comfortably at 2951 square feet, with the master on main, 4 bedrooms, and a flex area.

Lew Oliver, Pinewood Forest's residential designer, knows that marketability is key for his communities to thrive. He also knows that marketability can mean designing bravely where others have not gone to bring the market elevated living with an exceptional personality. This unconventional design brings a sense of magic to all passersby who stumble upon it.
