Built in Sunset Park, L.A., the original model was made by ERLA Construction (a company started by one of Minarc's cofounders) from a structural insulated panel (SIP) developed in house.

Apart from housing storage, the daybed built into the end of the microhouse can be pulled out to accommodate two more guests for the night.

Like in the Tind model, oiled birch is used for the interior wall and ceiling finishes. Otherwise, the materials are more economical: the counters are made of laminate, and vinyl is used for the floors.

Fritz Tiny Homes can equip their homes off-grid sites. Other available additions and upgrades include window blinds, a dishwasher, and air conditioning.

The bed sits above the bathroom at the back in Halycon 01. In the larger models, an extra bedroom is added to the rear of the home.

The homes are made from structural insulated panels attached to a wood frame and clad in varying combinations of wood and metal siding.

The interior features two lofts: an 8'x10' platform with the main bed and a 8'x4' area often used for reflective recreation.

Pictured here and in the top image, the Oasis model features wide kitchen windows installed over long bars made of mango wood. They open out onto a porch, making it easier to use as an outdoor dining space.

The entryway separates the living area from the kitchen, the bathroom beyond it, and the lofted bedroom above. While this layout is fixed, Paradise Tiny Homes offers to change almost everything else about the home's interior.

Like in many of Madeiguincho's tiny homes, the bathroom at the end of the unit can be accessed directly from outside and so can double as a mudroom.

The cabin is designed as a place for Andrés’s teenage children to host barbecues and get-togethers. To make the most of the site’s impressive views, Stanaćev Granados designed a 600-square-foot cube with simple lines. The cabin, nicknamed Pabellón Galeo, is made of local wood (mostly pine) and glass.

The project was completed entirely remotely. Since then, the husband-and-wife team have moved back to Santiago, where they had met as young architects working for local firms.

Iglucraft worked with Four Seasons Hotel in Pfarwerfen, Austria to make a cluster of four Model 4 Panorama tiny homes: a 198-square-foot design that costs €64,900 before transportation.

The 10-foot ceiling height allows for the placement of a lofted bedroom on one side and a den beneath a raised living room on the other. While laminate is used for the entryway flooring, spruce boards lines both lofts and all the walls.

One of Catherine’s favorite design elements are the large skylights in the kitchen and bathroom: “You look straight up in the shower into the Ponderosa pines. It’s beautiful,” she says.

The architects added a cork wall behind the bed for a layer of warmth within the space.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing and a linear skylight help welcome the landscape within the cabin’s small footprint.

In most models, the standard plywood interior walls can be upgraded to the poplar tongue-and-grove finish featured here for upwards of $5.5K. The exact price varies with the model and size of the tiny home. Likewise, the vinyl floors can be swapped out for engineered hardwood for $3–4K.
