The interior stair is composed of floating treads sourced from trees cut down on the property. A mix of oak, maple, and birch, each step is different and unique.

The living room features a Yucca Stuff coffee table as well as a sofa designed by Austin interior designer Ann Edgerton and built by Tyson Pendergrass.

A bank of pantry cabinets are clad in the "Ravenswood" panels to disguise sleek, black appliances.
