Riverview Gardens

Three houses located on Austin’s East Side a few blocks north of the river. The houses are lifted off the ground level to create an elevated 2-story plan centered around a partially enclosed interior courtyard. The plan frames an axial view towards the lake and arranges spaces along this axis in order of increasing privacy.
