Arkansas. Built in 1962 by Warren Segraves, the Fulbright Building in Fayetteville was the former home of the Fayetteville Public Library. Marlon Blackwell Architects renovated the structure in 2007, adding light to the upper level via new skylights and inserting staircases to better connect the levels.
