A door leads out from the romantic courtyard, lush with plants. “Although we live in a big city, it doesn’t feel like it,” Kolasiński says. “The neighborhood and the nature are very relaxing and quiet.”

The home of architect Margit-Kristine Solibakke Klev and her husband, Arnstein Norheim, is built inside an enormous greenhouse.

“The pink color scheme was something that Dagny and I started the design process with,” says Margit. “We wanted a warm, natural color, so we decided to use pink Claystone on the floor. The other pink colors followed. It also makes a wonderful contrast to all the green leaves in summer.” The glass pendants are from Jotex.

Greenhouse Coffee Table designed by Studio Choo “I wanted to include something about landscape design in the book,” says Azzarito. “A lot of the designing in our lives happens outdoors. I love greenhouses. But, I live in a Brooklyn apartment and the idea of having a greenhouse is near impossible. I’m also obsessed by terrariums and instead of having a tiny terrarium, with this, you can have a huge greenhouse as your coffee table.”
