Penthouse Condo

The project brief consisted of taking a previously started penthouse condo project and revising the floor plan for a couple who moved from a single family home to a newly constructed condo in Minneapolis.
The space is 4200 sf and consists of two bedrooms. The major challenge was working with existing mechanical system infrastructure and neighbors living one floor below.
