An ADU (auxiliary dwelling unit) built in 2016 as a second collaboration between the owner and architect Jack Barnes of Portland Oregon. 750 sf guesthouse earning an Earth Advantage Platinum Certification for energy efficiency and other factors that contribute to a healthier home and environment.
