Mosa porcelain tile clads the central hearth in the living room, which is furnished with a Como sectional chaise by Giorgio Soressi from Design Within Reach and a Noomi swivel chair designed by Susanne Soresso.

The living area of 2 Barns features a doubled-sided fireplace, hardwood floors, and a neutral color palette. Architect Barry Price prized utilizing local materials in the ADA-accessible home.

To minimize energy loss, the architects wrapped the house with highly efficient spray-in polyurethane foam insulation made with recycled plastic bottles by Lapolla.

The interior is primarily finished in clear Douglas Fir that adds warmth and vibrancy to the home.

The cabinetry hardware was designed by Cutler Anderson Architects and can be found through Reveal Designs / Sun Valley Bronze.
